"Guyda" Photo by Chris Hancock — An elementary school teacher, a mother, and the devoted wife of a farmer, the late "Fanoy Winton Hill," lays, confined to her bed, both clenching and nervously rubbing her hands, when, for a brief moment she separates herself from her dementia, looks to me and asks, "Chris, when am I going home?" Her soft blue eyes shudder ever so slightly for a brief moment before she resumes the nervous rubbing of her hands and turns to staring out the window.
