"The Boxer" Photo by Chris Tyree — Barnwell Dorsett would rather spend time hitting a bag and training for boxing in the little gym in Norfolk than spend time on the streets in the neighboring low-income housing district. Boxing is the safe alternative to the streets and is a place where young men's lives have been turned around and given a path to the world beyond the street.
