40 Years, 40 Faces: Melissa

Honaker, Virginia

Melissa, 25, is an outgoing and personable customer service rep and mom of four children. She credits her years of speaking with customers throughout the United States as helping her be comfortable with others and giving her a desire to learn more about people. “I was told after my third child I should never get pregnant again. That it was a huge medical risk, but I knew God had me protected.” Her biggest concern is keeping her children safe from the violence of their area. Thinking ahead to someday in the distant future, Melissa hopes to retire at her favorite relaxation place – the beach. She also dreams of traveling the world and talking with more strangers.
